The Earth has decided to host an Intergalactic tournament in order to improve relations throughout the universe. A handful of planets within their system have received the information in regards to the event. While the Saiyan race has been aggressive towards other Planets such as Namek, Earth hopes that a tournament would put them into a position to enter discussions with the King of Vegeta in order to negotiate a truce.

The Tournament itself will consist of 100 fighters with the last fighter standing earning themselves a hefty 10,000z. Fighters will be eliminated if they are knocked unconscious or if they're knocked out of the fighting ring and into the water. With the amount of fighters being present, Earth suspects this will be a very entertaining event for even the spectators.

After the long and hard fought battle for Namek, the King of the saiyans, Braccus has his eyes on Earth. Though the recent events of Namek had forced him to be more cautious going forward with his plans. The Namekian's themselves had proved far more difficult than he initially thought and due to this loss, he wanted intel on Earth before pushing an attack.

This tournament was the perfect opening for him to do a quick recon. He had left an open invitation to his warriors to join this tournament to see the power of Earth's fighters and other species throughout the universe. His rules were simple. He forbid killing due to this simply being a recon assignment and he demanded a saiyan victory to confirm to the universe that saiyan might is unrivaled.

The tournament consists of 100 Fighters with most being NPCs. Each post will reduce the overall number of NPCs by 5. This is primarily so that as the tournament continues, the setting will too. This will initially give the arena a crowded setting initially and as it goes on, it'll focus more on the individual players. You may knock out NPC's for flavor and all actions against them will be free and not counted towards your combat actions towards a player.

- Things that effect a location will effect ALL split threads. Examples being the Power Ball technique.
